DUCTING SUPERVISOR - SENIOR

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a experienced Ducting Supervisor to oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of various ducting systems in our projects.

Job Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate ducting installation projects from start to finish
• Ensure that all ducting systems meet industry standards and project requirements
• Manage a team of ducting technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
• Inspect and troubleshoot ducting systems to identify and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain project documentation and report on progress to management
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Ducting Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of ducting systems and HVAC principles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
  

• Strong knowledge of ductwork systems and HVAC systems.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to manage a team of ducting technicians.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints related to ductwork.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment relevant to ductwork installation and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and report to higher management.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in ductwork installations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
