Job Description
- Support hiring programmes across the UAE.
- UAE National required.
- Our client is a globally recognised organisation, operating across multiple international markets,
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across graduate, internship, and entry-level hiring programmes.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment plans.
- Attend open day events across the UAE.
- Coordinate interviews, assessment activities, offers, and onboarding processes.
- Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within ATS and recruitment systems.
- Support reporting, compliance requirements, and recruitment performance metrics.
- UAE National (Family Book required).
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related people-focused role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE to support university and recruitment events.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.
