Summary
- Receive and inspect garments for stains, damage, and special instructions.
- Operate and maintain dry cleaning machines and other related equipment.
- Treat stains and spots using appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.
- Press and finish garments to guests’ specifications.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Ensure the dry-cleaning area is clean and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns.
- Follow all safety and health regulations.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as folding laundry or handling alterations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in dry cleaning or hotel laundry is preferred.
