Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to their destinations while adhering to traffic laws.
• Follow scheduled routes and ensure timely arrival and departure.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle each day.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle at all times.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to all passengers.
• Address passenger inquiries and assist with luggage and other needs.
• Keep accurate records of travel times and mileage logs.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to management promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation and safety.
• Stay informed about traffic and weather conditions to plan optimal routes.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers throughout the journey.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and managers for efficient trip planning.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least two years.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional roadways and traffic laws.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional customer service attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with GPS navigation devices and digital map applications.
• Physical capability to assist passengers with luggage and mobility aids.
