Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including times, destinations, and any issues.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction with timely and courteous interaction.
• Load and unload goods with care, ensuring all items are secure and undamaged.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to the management immediately.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo on each trip.
• Assist in routing logistics, including the planning of alternate routes for special deliveries.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle systems, such as brakes and tire pressure.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
