Draftsman

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman with strong experience in Interior Design and Fit-Out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and detailed layouts in coordination with the design and project teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, and detailed layouts for interior fit-out projects.
  
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, and detailed joinery drawings.
  
• Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
  
• Prepare and revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
  
• Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Engineers, and site teams.
  
• Prepare detailed drawings for joinery, furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and other interior elements.
  
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and required standards.
  
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
  
• Support the project team with technical clarifications and drawing modifications.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Draftsman.
  
• Mandatory experience in Interior Design & Fit-Out projects.
  
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
  
• Knowledge of 3D software, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software will be an advantage.
  
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings and detailed interior fit-out drawings.
  
• Experience in joinery and furniture detailing is preferred.
  
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
  
• Good attention to detail and coordination skills.
  

Preferred

• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
  
• Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
