About The Role

The Doorman ensures a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience while upholding the highest service standards. You will work closely with the Front Office team, proactively assist guests throughout their stay, and deliver personalised, detail-driven service that creates memorable moments. You will maintain strong knowledge of all hotel outlets, amenities, and activities to confidently engage with guests, build trust, and represent the brand as a true ambassador.

About You

You have at least one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment. You are a professional and personable individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Highly organised and solutions-driven, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently manage multiple priorities.
