Document Controller

Job Title: Document Controller
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper filing and tracking of drawings, correspondence, and reports.
• Manage incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Ensure all documents are correctly logged, distributed, and archived.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare transmittals and maintain document registers.
• Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and project requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the UAE.
• Experience in construction or contracting companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and filing systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Language Requirements:

• English (mandatory).
• Hindi or Tamil (added advantage).
