Role Overview

Were looking for a Document Controller who pays close attention to details. The role focuses on making sure all documents are uploaded correctly and on time, and on working closely with the IT and operations teams. Due to increasing business volumes, particularly in the DRC market, this position is being created to support workload growth and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and review documents received from the C ground team on a daily basis.
  • Handle a high volume of documents, approximately:
  • 150–200 documents per day (Monday to Wednesday)
  • 200–250 documents per day (Thursday and Friday)
  • Upload verified documents into the Nebarex system under the relevant clearing request numbers already created by C-Link ground team.
  • Coordinate closely with the Nebarex system team to resolve day-to-day dashboard issues, document upload errors, document related discrepancies and system-related support.
  • Track and follow up on pending or rejected documents to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements
  • Maintain proper records and support audit or compliance requirements as and when required.
  • Support process improvements and adapt to role evolution as requested by C-Link in the future.

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, documentation, trade support, clearing, or back-office roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with clearing or logistics-related documentation would be a plus point.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Basic to intermediate system/data entry skills; comfort working with dashboards and internal platforms.
  • Good coordination and communication skills to work with operations and IT teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Daily Performance measure: Target number of documents verified and uploaded per day as per volume benchmarks
  • TAT: Same-day or next-business-day upload of received documents
  • Process Improvement: Contribution to efficiency improvements or reduction in recurring issues.
