Job Description

The role of a Document Controller II is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and well-coordinated management of a company's documents.   • Liaise with stakeholders to gather information and resolve documentation issues.
  • Implement document management processes to streamline workflows.
  • Secure documents to protect sensitive and proprietary information consistently.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels for document flow.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation promptly and accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document management or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency with document management systems and software tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate and error-free documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team seamlessly.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and file management software.
