Job Description: Document Controller (Civil Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and control all civil project documents and drawings
• Maintain proper document numbering, version control, and filing systems
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams for document flow
• Ensure timely submission and retrieval of drawings, RFIs, MIRs, and reports
• Track approvals, revisions, and distribution of documents
• Maintain document registers and project records as per company SOPs
  
  
  

• Diploma or Bachelors degree (Civil Engineering preferred)
• Proven experience as a Document Controller in civil construction projects
• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and technical documents
• Immediate joiner preferred
