Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive documents.

  • Conduct audits to ensure document management systems' integrity and compliance.
  • Support business operations with reliable document retrieval and distribution.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve any document management system issues.
  • Monitor and report document control performance metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in document management or archival processes.
  • Familiarity with document management software and IT systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of data confidentiality and document security protocols.
