Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all documents and records within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to document retrieval and access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in document control or records management positions.
  • Strong proficiency with document management software and related technology.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and file management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific documentation standards and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive approach to identifying areas for process improvements and efficiency.
