Distribution Manager

The Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing the storage, inventory, and delivery of products across the supply chain. This leadership role involves planning and managing distribution strategies, optimizing warehouse and transport operations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement distribution and logistics strategies.

• Manage inventory, warehouse, and transportation operations.

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize distribution efficiency.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients and stores.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage budgets, cost control, and distribution forecasting.

• Lead and train distribution staff to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.

• 5+ years of experience in distribution or logistics management.

• Strong leadership and team management experience.

• Knowledge of warehouse management and transportation systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in ERP and logistics software.

• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and KPI tracking.
