Dispatcher

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Oversee the packing process to ensure items are securely packet & correctly labeled with shipping and handling instruction.
• Inspect packet items to ensure accuracy and quality before dispatch.
• Monitor Qty based on released order from production & physical.
• Address any issues related to outbound shipments, damage or incorrect Qty before shipment plan
• Coordinate with logistic supervisor and other logistic personnel to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with logistic supervisor with assigned Job.
• Monitor the progress of outbound shipment tracking vehicles and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Use available tracking systems to monitor the location of goods, and ensure matching data and physical presence
• Generate regular reports on outbound dispatch activities, highlighting areas for improvement
• Ensure that outbound areas are kept clean, organized, and free from hazards to promote safety and efficiency.
