Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Dispatcher to manage and relay emergency service requests efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service while ensuring timely dispatch of technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and gather necessary information from customers

• Ensure accurate transcription of service requests

• Dispatch technicians based on location and urgency

• Follow up with technicians for timely updates

• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the process

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced call center or dispatch environment preferred

• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations

• Excellent communication skills in English with minimal accent

• Basic technical understanding of dispatch systems

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual abilities are a plus

• Familiarity with locksmithing or emergency services is an advantage

• Strong multitasking abilities

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with dispatch or call center software

• Proficient in standard office communication and productivity tools

Schedule:

Monday 12pm-8pm EST Wednesday 10am-10pm EST Friday 10am-10pm EST (Around 32 hrs a week)
