DESPATCHER – SAJAA - 10 NOS

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma in Process / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (3 years).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in process operations within Oil & Gas industry (compressor stations preferred).
• Knowledge of gas operations, rotating equipment (turbines, compressors, generators, coolers, separators).
• Ability to perform mechanical/electrical isolation, gas testing, and permit-to-work procedures.
• IT literate with strong communication skills.
• Experience in Oil & Gas distribution industry desirable.
  
  

Job Description

• Operate and monitor compressor station equipment, including start-up, shutdown, and routine operations.
• Conduct patrols, inspections, and report abnormalities to Senior Despatcher.
• Carry out isolation of equipment and issue permits for maintenance work.
• Perform gas tests for hot work/vessel entry and monitor safe execution of maintenance.
• Take corrective action during emergencies and notify supervisors immediately.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, maintain safe work processes, and support emergency response activities.
• Candidates should have experience in FUEL / LPG / NATURAL GAS Operation & Maintenance.
