What Youll Do?

• Bookings & Reservation Management
• Manage and confirm chauffeur and limo bookings from corporate clients, travel partners, hotels, and online platforms
• Ensure accurate booking entry including pickup/drop locations, timing, vehicle type, guest details, and instructions
• Coordinate airport transfers, point-to-point trips, hourly disposals, and special events
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and last-minute requests
• Dispatch & Trip Execution
• Assign vehicles and chauffeurs based on availability, licensing, and client requirements
• Ensure vehicles meet RTA and tourism compliance before dispatch
• Share complete trip details with chauffeurs
• Monitor live trips and manage delays or issues proactively
  
  

• 0-1 year experience in bookings, dispatch, or operations
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to coordinate with drivers and teams
• Attention to detail and ability to handle changes
