About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director – VIP Services to join the resort’s Private Access team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Develop and implement strategies to deliver world-class, discreet, and personalized service for VIP guests and residents.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the private access operations team, including butlers, coordinators, and support staff.
• Oversee daily operations of private villas, suites, and exclusive guest areas, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Establish and maintain service protocols, privacy standards, and guest confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Engineering, Concierge) to ensure flawless guest experiences.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for private access operations.
• Handle VIP guest relations, resolve escalated issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety, and legal requirements.
• Represent the property at executive meetings and with external partners as needed
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing VIP guest services, private residences, or exclusive hotel operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and professional presentation.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience and training in Forbes Travel Guide standards.
