Lead and oversee technology projects from planning through implementation and optimization. Oversee new platform implementations, ensuring timelines, functionality, and user experience expectations are met. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve barriers to execution. Ensure successful adoption of new systems through training and cross-functional collaboration.

Path-Now Product Management & Platform Oversight
Lead end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle management for Path-Now, aligning innovation with business goals and user needs. Establish and drive product management best practices, including KPI tracking, prioritization frameworks, and data-informed decision-making to improve speed, performance, and ROI. Define and implement a UX-driven approach by integrating user research, workflow analysis, and usability insights into product development and enhancements.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Systems Management, or related field.

Experience
Five (5)+ years of progressive experience in technology project management, systems management, or digital operations. Demonstrated experience overseeing platform implementations and cross-functional technology initiatives. Experience with QA processes, testing methodologies, and system optimization. Experience supporting or scaling digital platforms or marketplaces (preferred). Experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations (preferred).
