Director Sustainability And ESG

Our client is a regional organisation integrating sustainability and ESG principles into its business strategy. ESG is increasingly central to stakeholder expectations and regulatory compliance.

The Role

The Director will lead sustainability and ESG strategy across the organisation. This role will oversee ESG reporting, policy development, and implementation initiatives. A key focus will be aligning sustainability goals with business objectives. The Director will work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams. This role will also engage with regulators, investors, and external stakeholders. Executive-level influence is required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior experience in sustainability or ESG leadership roles. Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards is essential. Experience in the UAE or regional markets is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
