Role Overview

This role will lead JLLs residential brokerage services in Dubai, focusing on expanding our market presence and developing a team of residential property advisors. The position requires strong knowledge of the Dubai residential real estate market, established industry connections, and the ability to build and manage a commission-based team.

About JLL Indias Residential Desk

JLL India has been strengthening its residential services platform to complement its established commercial real estate business. The Dubai expansion represents a strategic growth initiative to tap into one of the regions most dynamic residential markets.

The residential team works closely with developers, property owners, and individual clients to provide comprehensive services across the residential property lifecycle. Our residential services include:

  • Advisory on buying, selling, and leasing premium and luxury properties.
  • Market research and property valuation.
  • Investment guidance for HNWIs and institutional investors.
  • Project marketing and sales for developers.
  • Advisory on residential portfolio optimization.

This role offers the opportunity to shape JLLs residential service offering in Dubai and build a high-performing team in one of the worlds most exciting property markets.

What This Job Involves

  • Generate and manage sales leads for residential properties across Dubai.
  • Advise clients on current market conditions, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings and create compelling property presentations.
  • Negotiate sales terms between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of Dubais residential property market trends.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai Land Department regulations and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, and investors.
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Manage documentation and administrative requirements for property sales transactions.
  • Managing a team (of at least 2 individuals) will be good to have.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Valid UAE Real Estate Broker registration/license.
  • 10 years of total experience in residential broking.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of successful luxury residential broking experience in Dubai.
  • Thorough knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and the Dubai Land Department procedures.
  • Should have exposure to Dubai market for last 4 years at least.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent understanding of Dubais neighborhoods, communities, and property developments.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi; additional languages considered an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong team handling skills.
