About the Job:

Define, develop, and lead the overall project management strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives

Act as the senior escalation point for project risks, resource challenges, and delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuity

Oversee project budgets, monitor cost performance, approve financial reports, and drive cost optimization initiatives

Lead governance of change requests, ensuring clear communication of schedule and budget impacts, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks

Provide strategic direction on contractor management, procurement strategies, resource allocation, and acceleration plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Collaborate closely with procurement, contracts, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and informed decision-making

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients

Ensure alignment of project execution with organizational objectives through close coordination with sector heads and technical teams

Champion standardized project management processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory, safety, and engineering standards

Oversee project performance reporting and data analysis to support executive decision-making and continuous improvement

Establish clear team structures, roles, and accountability frameworks to drive effective collaboration and delivery

Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining strategic oversight and alignment with business objectives

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying innovative approaches to enhance project delivery and maintain competitiveness

About you:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (or related field) with PMP certification

15–20+ years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects (developer experience preferred)

Strong expertise in project and program delivery, strategic planning, and execution

In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and compliance standards

Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors, and complex project lifecycles end-to-end

Advanced proficiency in project tools (Primavera preferred) and reporting platforms including Power BI and MS Office

Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments

Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Strong focus on governance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence

Agile mindset with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving business needs.
