Director, Product Management

Overview

• Responsible for setting sales strategies as it relates to customer accounts that are aligned with geography strategy and achieving cross sales goals to drive market share, volume and revenue growth
• Leads and manages existing customer relationships, and works to identify opportunities and customer needs
• Aligns with technical account management function to ensure client satisfaction with products
• Acts as escalation point for client concerns
• Partners with customers to deliver aligned solutions against the PTS roadmap and comprehensive consulting support
• Responsible for pipeline management at the account level
  
  
  

• Delivers against cross sale and net revenue targets
• Designs strategies, messaging and proposals for customers
• Analyzes the customer’s business through profitability modeling financial forecasting and competitive analysis
• Manages key customer relationships
• Develops and implements cross sale plans including business development, marketing and product management
• Partners with the customer to establish, execute and report progress against annual business plans
• Negotiates and executes on the customer agreement process
• Identifies and recommends products to enhance the customers’ profitability
• Helps identify and coach talent within the TAM and product organisations
  
  
  

• In depth experience executing and managing cross sales strategies for numerous complex or large accounts
• in depth experience in managing clients
• Taken a lead role in a customer negotiations
