Key aspects of this role
Own new business growth across MENA > Full accountability for regional new-business revenue, pipeline creation, and quota delivery.
Launch and scale our UAE market presence > Establish ProcurePro in the UAE, build brand credibility, win early flagship customers, and create momentum in a new region.
Build a repeatable go-to-market motion > Clear ICP, messaging, pricing, and sales process established to support scale across MENA by 12 months
Leverage senior relationships to accelerate entry > Activate existing ConTech and construction relationships to open doors with major contractors, developers, and consultants.
Be the senior face of ProcurePro in MENA > Represent the business with credibility at industry events, partner meetings, and executive conversations.
Build the foundations for scale > Establish sales processes, reporting, and standards that support future team growth.
Sales leadership > hire, coach, and hold the team accountable for performance.
You’re ideal for the role if you have…
Proven ConTech sales leadership experience in the UAE (essential) > A strong track record selling construction technology in the UAE, with deep local market knowledge.
Established enterprise relationships > Trusted connections with senior stakeholders across main contractors, developers, consultants, or major construction groups.
A consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota > Commercially sharp, outcome-driven, and comfortable being held tightly accountable for revenue.
Experience building markets or regions > Hands-on experience launching, scaling, or materially growing a new territory or business unit.
Strong executive presence and negotiation capability > Confident engaging C-suite stakeholders and leading complex, high-value sales cycles.
High ownership and growth mindset > Self-directed, resilient, and motivated to build something meaningful in a fast-growing business.
