GK8 is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to spearhead our expansion across the MEA region. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and managing high-value sales opportunities from prospecting through close.

As a core member of our fast-growing blockchain security company, you will represent GK8 to leading institutional clients across MEA, with a strong focus on banks, exchanges, foundations, funds, and other key ecosystem players. You will collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and partnership teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of the digital asset ecosystem.

This role will be centered on selling GK8’s end-to-end digital assets solutions, enabling clients to securely manage and scale their digital asset operations.

We are seeking a proven hunter with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain space, preferably with hands-on experience in wallet management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a field-based role while staying tightly connected with a global team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business sales of GK8’s end-to-end digital assets solution across the MEA region
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, outreach, demos, and negotiations
  • Build and maintain relationships with exchanges, funds, foundations, and financial institutions
  • Maintain high activity levels across outreach channels to ensure consistent pipeline coverage
  • Represent GK8 at industry events, conferences, and meetings worldwide
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and align with product development

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience leading end-to-end sales cycles with institutional clients
  • Experience selling wallet or custody solutions is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on sales experience: comfortable generating your own leads and managing the full cycle A–Z
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written & oral communication in English. Other languages are a plus
  • Independent and self-driven, able to succeed with remote support while based in the region
  • Willingness to travel extensively, both within MEA and globally
