Your Role at Novaverse

To lead all commercial growth and market expansion for Novaverse in the UAE and wider Middle East. The role is responsible for driving adoption of Novaverse’s immersive technologies, including real-time environments, interactive sales platforms, digital twins, CGI innovation, and virtual experiences. This is a senior commercial leadership position tasked with accelerating revenue, building strategic client relationships, and establishing Novaverse as the region’s leading technology partner for real estate, architecture, and hospitality.

What You’ll Own

Market Development & Strategic Growth

  • Define and execute the Novaverse market entry and expansion plan for Dubai and the GCC.
  • Identify high-value opportunities across real estate developers, master planners, architects, hospitality operators, and government entities.
  • Position Novaverse as the premium technology/immersive partner for large-scale developments and destination projects.

Revenue Generation & Pipeline Ownership

  • Build a robust, predictable pipeline across immersive experiences, digital twins, real-time environments, and advanced CGI technology solutions.
  • Deliver sustained revenue growth through proactive outbound engagement, targeted pursuit strategies, and senior-level relationship development.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline accuracy, commercial reporting, and revenue accountability for the region.

Strategic Client Relationships

  • Establish C-suite and director-level relationships with developers, government stakeholders, architecture firms, and hospitality groups.
  • Lead the full pursuit lifecycle, discovery, scoping, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop multi-phase, multi-year commercial relationships that utilise the full breadth of Novaverse capabilities.

Product & Solution Enablement

  • Work closely with the CEO, CPO, Commercial Director (Global), Product, and Creative Technology teams to shape solution design based on client needs and market demand.
  • Provide intelligence on market trends, competitive offerings, and client requirements to inform product evolution and roadmap decisions.
  • Translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions that resonate with UAE market priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with CGI, Creative, and Project Management teams across HH Group to ensure seamless delivery of integrated solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing to design region-specific GTM campaigns, case studies, and launch strategies.
  • Support leadership in positioning Novaverse within broader HH Group strategic accounts.

Brand Presence & Market Visibility

  • Represent Novaverse at leading industry events (Cityscape, MIPIM, COP events, Proptech forums, etc.).
  • Build strategic partnerships with technology platforms, design consultancies, and government innovation bodies.
  • Contribute to thought leadership that elevates Novaverse’s profile across the region.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in senior business development or enterprise sales roles within real estate technology, proptech, immersive media, gaming engines (Unreal/Unity), architecture, or advanced CGI.
  • Strong network across UAE real estate, government development entities, and architectural ecosystems.
  • Track record of selling complex, high-value, technology-led solutions.
  • Strong technical curiosity, ability to understand and articulate immersive experiences, XR, real-time environments, and digital twin concepts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Experience in high-growth, innovation-driven or PE/VC-backed environments advantageous.
