With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Marketing & Communications to join the One&Only Sales & Marketing team at One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success.As the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be reporting to the Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications and be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the brand presence of One&Only The Palm globally. You will lead a dynamic team and work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities included but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including advertising campaigns, digital content, print materials, and promotional materials, maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage the resort's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
• Lead public relations efforts to secure media coverage and cultivate relationships with key media contacts.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop integrated marketing and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and occupancy.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the luxury hospitality or fashion industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling content.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment and ability to adapt to the needs of an international clientele.
• Knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market is a plus.
