About the Role

This role reports into the Country Manager, UAE and owns the growth strategy of Moove AV, UAE. You are responsible for generating demand for our Autonomous Vehicle services. You control the revenue side of the business such as demand generation(app, direct bookings, third-party platform, owning CAC/LTV economics), pricing architecture, partnerships, agreements, relationships, events, MICE contracts, enterprise transport RFPs.

It is a revenue-focused and channel-strategy role to acquire, grow and retain both consumer and corporate demand. You will build and lead the growth function and oversee both the marketing and business development that will drive this growth.

What You’ll be Doing

Role Expectations

Growth Strategy & Business Case

• Own and continuously update the demand-generation strategy: market sizing vis-a-vis fare structures, channel mix, CAC/LTV by segment, and capital efficiency.
• Build the B2B vs. B2C revenue mix plan and defend it with data and clearly defined unit economics.
• Decide channel investment priorities , set and own the growth roadmap for the business.

Business Development and Revenue

• Work closely with the Program Manager to originate and close enterprise and government-adjacent contracts (corporate mobility accounts, hotel groups, airport authorities, free zones, tourism/event bodies).
• Structure and negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and volume commitments.
• Lead all commercial negotiations and relationships with any 3rd party platforms, commercial or government.
• Develop pricing proposals, commercial models, and contract terms for each client segment in partnership with the Program Manager

Growth Strategy and Funnel Ownership

• Own the full demand funnel from first awareness through to passenger acquisition and retention, with measurable targets at every stage
• Design and run structured growth experiments across channels, pricing, onboarding mechanics, and referral programmes.
• Define and report on the commercial KPIs the business is measured by.
• Own the passenger acquisition strategy including platform distribution, corporate channel, and any consumer-facing growth levers that emerge post-launch

Marketing and Brand Oversight

• Oversee the marketing function, ensuring all brand and content activity is tied to a commercial outcome
• Set the direction for pre-launch demand building, including how Moove AV enters the market, builds an audience, and converts attention into demand
• Ensure marketing and commercial activity are coordinated to meet business objectives.

Commercial Intelligence and Relationships

• Stay close to the market, tracking competitor moves, pricing changes, regulatory developments, and partnership opportunities as they emerge
• Build and maintain the commercial relationships that matter, both externally with clients and partners, and internally with the operations team
• Give the Program Manager a clear and accurate view of pipeline health, revenue trajectory, and commercial risks on a regular basis

What You will need for this position

• 8+ years in growth, commercial, or B2D/B2B partnerships roles, roles with direct, hands-on experience in ride-hailing or mobility, with a track record of owning and meeting revenue targets and growth metrics simultaneously.
• Proven experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals in the UAE or GCC, ideally in mobility, logistics, SaaS, or marketplace businesses.
• Quantitative and data driven: build commercial models, design growth experiments, interpret funnel data, and translate all of it into decisions independently
• Experience managing or overseeing a marketing or content function with accountability for brand-to-revenue conversion.
• Deep understanding of the UAE business landscape: free zones, government procurement processes, local commercial culture, and platform dynamics
• Comfortable operating in a pre-revenue, fast-moving environment where the product is being built while you are selling and growing it
• Exceptional communicator and negotiator: equally credible closing a government partnership and presenting a growth model to the board
• Fluent in English. Arabic is a significant advantage

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

• The commercial pipeline is in place before the first vehicle goes live
• Revenue is growing in a way the business can sustain
• The marketing and BD functions are aligned and operating as one commercial team
• The Program Manager and leadership team have a reliable picture of commercial performance
• You have established a foundation that a BD lead and a marketing lead can step into and run.
