Summary-

The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budget management, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility-

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the companys financial performance.
• Manage the budgeting process and ensure financial targets are met.
• Prepare financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a track record of financial management and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
