Director Of Facilities Management

We are looking for a highly experienced Director – Facilities Management to lead and oversee integrated FM operations across a diverse portfolio of real estate and hospitality assets in the UAE and MENA region.

The ideal candidate brings 18+ years of experience in facilities management and operations, along with a Certified Facility Management Professional (CFMP) credential from IFMA. This role requires a strong leader capable of driving operational excellence, strategic transformation, and cost efficiency across large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facilities management operations across multiple sectors
• Oversee lifecycle management, quality audits, and KPI performance tracking
• Drive operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable FM practices
• Manage budgeting, contracts, and CAPEX/OPEX planning and control
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using digital systems and asset performance tools
• Provide FM consultancy and support asset optimization and long-term maintenance planning
• Oversee hospitality FM operations including engineering audits, utilities management, and risk assessments
• Ensure implementation of integrated FM systems and continuous improvement initiatives
