Our client is a leading international real estate developer delivering large-scale mixed-use projects, including residential, commercial, and retail developments. As part of its expansion in Egypt, the company is strengthening its commercial function on major projects.
Job Description
- Lead and oversee commercial activities across multiple projects
- Contribute to structuring and developing the commercial function, processes, and governance
- Manage cost planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract management
- Ensure effective commercial control throughout project delivery
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management
- Act as a key interface between project teams and leadership
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
- Strong experience in cost management / quantity surveying
- Proven track record on large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and financial dynamics (including inflation and currency aspects)
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market (regulations, practices, stakeholders)
- Fluent in English
