On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director – Nightlife Operations to join the resort’s Food and Beverage Administration team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Provide strategic and hands-on operational leadership for the Greek Restaurant, Nightclub and Beach Club, ensuring consistent execution of Wynn’s luxury service standards.
• Drive operational excellence across all aspects of food, beverage, service, and entertainment delivery, with a strong focus on guest experience and brand integrity.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to support peak business periods and special events.
• Ensure all guest interactions, including VIPs, high-value gaming guests, and luxury leisure travelers, reflect Wynn’s service philosophy and commitment to personalized hospitality.
• Collaborate closely with Entertainment, Marketing, Nightlife, Culinary, Beverage, Casino, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on programming, promotions, and operational execution.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs, guest feedback, and financial reporting, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to manage budgets, forecast revenues, control costs, and optimize profitability for both venues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing management and frontline teams through effective recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure full compliance with all local regulations, licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and Wynn’s internal policies and procedures.
• Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence across all venues within the portfolio.
• Support the implementation of innovative operational systems and technologies that enhance efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and guest engagement.
• Stay informed on global F&B, nightlife, and beach club trends, proactively evolving offerings to maintain Wynn’s competitive positioning in the luxury hospitality market.
• Represent Wynn Food & Beverage Operations in internal leadership forums and, when appropriate, external partnerships or industry engagements.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations, nightlife, beach clubs, or luxury hospitality environments.
• Proven experience managing high-volume, experience-driven venues, ideally including nightlife and/or beach club concepts.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with the ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams.
• Deep understanding of luxury F&B service standards, guest expectations, and experiential dining and entertainment concepts.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in operational systems, scheduling tools, inventory management, and performance analytics.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
• High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to operate effectively within the UAE cultural context.
