What Well Need
The International Business Development Director will be instrumental in turbo charging Wingstop’s next phase of growth on our journey to becoming a Top 10 Global Restaurant Brand. A team player that will work in close partnership with the Global Head of Business Development, regional stakeholders across EMEA, APAC and LATAM and teams at our Global Support Centre.
Primary Objective
The #1 objective of this role is to build and maintain a high-quality development pipeline that effectively balances brand awareness, market accessibility, and Brand Partner profitability. Achieving this balance is fundamental to ensuring sustainable, long-term growth for the brand.
The role is multi-faceted and suited to a passionate self-starter who is both culturally and commercially astute. Areas of focus will include owning the end-to-end Brand Partner (Franchisee) identification and onboarding process inclusive of financial and legal due diligence. Mapping the Brand Partner landscape on a global landscape, whilst cultivating relationships and tracking Q RS/F&B/Fast Casual market tre nds. Developing a global infrastructure for scalable development that includes identifying and managing best in class 3P vendors such as market planning and analytics.
You must be a collaborative and energetic relationship builder with a strategic global mindset as well as a passion for detail and execution. Brand Partner selection and their success is at the very heart of what this department does.
In essence, you will play a critical role defining and driving the business and brand expansion of Wingstop globally.
