Job Summary

The Director, Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing a strategic HR roadmap aligned with business goals to drive departmental growth and operational excellence. The role will Manage workforce planning, talent development, and KPI performance while aligning the HR team with core objectives of the property. Serves as a strategic business partner—reviewing policies, identifying critical metrics, and optimizing HR services to support overall hotel success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the HR strategy in alignment with corporate goals; optimize organizational structures and lead change management initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment (including senior leadership), talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles.
• Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law and immigration regulations; maintain strict confidentiality and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage manpower and departmental budgets, payroll costs, operational expenses, and competitive remuneration schemes.
• Utilize HRMS data and Colleague Engagement Surveys to streamline operations and enhance staff welfare.
  
  

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Atleast 5 years experience in a management role within hospitality industry
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law and Middle East market dynamics.
