Who We Are
Stunning location, 5 star resort, 7 outlets, 11 Meeting rooms & 400 rooms. This role is responsible for F&B service and reports directly to the Hotel Manager. Youll be supported by a multi cultural team of 100 professionals.
This hotel is 5 star luxury and the client is seeking a DFB that is commercially astute and service standards driven, an F&B professional that exudes presentation and class.
Who Were Looking For
8 Years progressive leadership experience within F&B in a 5 star hotel with GCC experience - Essential
3 Years + experience ( 2 properties) as DFB or ADFB ( in charge with autonomy) - Essential
Revenue driven with excellent commercial awareness - Essential
Strong technical knowledge with attention to detail and a focus on service standards - Essential
Previous experience of concept creation/ design involving refurbishments / repositioning - Essential
Strong decision maker and the ability to think strategically - Essential
Excellent Communication And Organisational Skills - Essential
We may consider strong ADFB / Executive Chef candidates dependent on experience
