Job Description

Establish and lead the full data governance function across the organisation
Define and activate data governance strategy, frameworks, and operating models
Develop and maintain governance artefacts, policies, standards, and documentation
Partner with business, finance, and technology leaders to embed governance
Drive adoption, maturity, and measurable impact across large, complex environments

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Finance, or a related discipline (Masters preferred)
12+ years experience in data governance, data management, or related fields
Proven experience leading data governance in very large, complex organisations
Strong technical understanding of data platforms, metadata, quality, and controls
A business builder with the ability to turn strategy into practical delivery
Internationally based candidates only; local UAE‑based candidates will not be considered
