Director Corporate And Financial Institution Sales- Mashreq Securities

Job Purpose
Lead institutional and corporate client coverage and execution within Mashreq Securities, managing brokerage relationships and executing equity transactions. Drive revenue growth, deepen relationships, and coordinate effectively with product functions across regional and international equity markets.

Key Results Areas
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional and corporate clients.. ·
- Originate and execute brokerage transactions across equities listed on exchanges such as DFM, ADX, and other regional or international venues. ·
- Deliver client-centric execution strategies such as block trades, agency trades, and market orders. ·
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure seamless execution and client service. ·
- Maintain strong awareness of market developments, pricing trends, and regulatory updates impacting equity markets. ·
- Ensure compliance with internal risk controls, ESCA regulations, and conduct-risk standards. ·
- Prepare management reports on client activity, performance, and revenue contribution.

Knowledge Skills and Experience
- 10–12 years’ experience in brokerage or equity sales.
- Strong understanding of UAE, GCC, and international equity markets. ·
- Excellent client-relationship and execution-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA preferred.
