Key Responsibilities
As the Director, CFCR for Digital Assets, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and implementing the digital asset strategy in alignment with Standard Chartered’s broader commercial and regulatory objectives.
- Driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance digital asset capabilities and risk management frameworks.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across compliance, finance, technology, and risk to ensure seamless integration of digital asset solutions.
- Monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments in the UAE and global markets to ensure proactive compliance and strategic agility.
- Engaging with external partners, regulators, and industry bodies to position Standard Chartered as a thought leader in digital asset innovation.
- Developing and nurturing talent to build a resilient, future-ready digital asset workforce.
- Providing clear communication and reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, opportunities, and strategic insights related to digital assets.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership capabilities, who can handle ambiguity with confidence and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Skills And Experience
