Director, Account Management
Overview
Responsible for business development support to all Account Managers/Member Relation leads for key accounts. Work with Account Managers/Member Relation leads to establish and execute on short and long-term financial, operating and business objectives in alignment with plans. Monitor, analyze and report on business metrics for customers to aid management decision making
Role
The job holder will work directly with the Account Managers/Member Relation leads to:
Manage business development opportunities for assigned prospects and accounts, including monitoring customer satisfaction.
Analyse customers’ existing business through profitability modelling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis and recommend opportunities for additional revenue
Develop financial modelling and business cases for identified opportunities
Develop and report on sales pipeline leveraging all available resources in coordination with the product development and account management teams
Identify opportunities to sell new products to existing customers
Develop long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across debit, credit and other business lines
Work with virtual team of MasterCard subject matter experts to strategically articulate value propositions to close new business opportunities
Maintain responsibility for all administrative and operations issues for assigned business development opportunities including planning, reporting, budget and expense management.
Develop KPI tracker for all the key business partners and generate monthly reports
Responsible for all development of legal agreement and ensure timely execution
Develop and lead a communication platform with all business partners for key news like Training courses, Regional conference’s, important bulletins and the latest product offering by MasterCard.
Full responsibility for all financial payments relating to CBAs and/or customer marketing agreements
CBA’s performance tracking and identifying areas of opportunities for further improvements

Business Case development, including financial analytics
Budget preparation and management
Background in Banking/ Financial Services is a plus
