Job Description

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and building strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility is to sell our products and services directly to consumers, ensuring that you meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including fielding inquiries and participating in sales presentations. As an ambassador of our brand, you will need to understand customer needs and be able to quickly and effectively present the benefits of our offerings. Bringing enthusiasm and tenacity, you'll be the face of our company, fostering customer loyalty and showcasing the high-quality standards we uphold. Your ability to diligently follow up on leads and provide customer support post-sales will be key to ensuring a satisfactory purchasing experience for clients.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and initiate contact to generate sales opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations effectively to prospective clients.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships for repeat business.

  • Track and report on sales data and customer feedback for performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques.
  • Deliver post-sales support and advice to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales agent or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals confidently.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer information and interactions.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
