Overview Of The Role:

  • The Digital Transformation Specialist at Al-Futtaim Technologies engages with multiple digital transformation projects, providing support in coordinating and managing initiatives across the project lifecycle. The role involves collaboration with sales and project delivery team members, enhancing personal project management skills and contributing to smart initiatives. Candidates will independently handle project coordination tasks and collaborate with external partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What You Will Do:

Stakeholder and Operational Management

  • Share consumption reports for AMC support hours with customers proactively.
  • Submit internal AFG invoices through the Ariba platform.
  • Collaborate with AFET finance to ensure timely payments to all BizApp vendors.
  • Generate cost sheets and issue purchase orders to vendors promptly.
  • Enhance M-Files workflows and conduct monthly audits to identify and address challenges.
  • Create status reports and presentations for ongoing project status and financial forecasts.

Project Management and Support

  • Collaborate with AFTs delivery teams for M-Files, CRM, SEMOS HR, and smart solution projects.
  • Support M-Files and SEMOS Cloud teams during requirements gathering workshops.
  • Assess project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Compile technical responses for RFPs and support Proposal and Tender Submissions.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops for M-Files and Tableau with customers.

Digital Proficiency and Technical Skills

  • Gain expertise in SEMOS Cloud products for timely project delivery.
  • Understand Monday.com CRM to support team project management.
  • Have knowledge of AFTs offerings in M-Files, Monday.com CRM.
  • Lower AFT response times to customer RFPs.

Self-Improvement

  • Engage in iGrow Training and use internal tools like Ariba, M-Files, CRM.
  • Attend conferences, exhibitions, and events on modern methodologies.
  • Complete targeted training per quarter.
  • Attend at least 3 professional events annually.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical skills in Document Management and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Bachelors degree in IT or Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of project management; certification is a plus.
  • Foundational understanding of Document Management System, Data Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Experience with technology and IT, strong communication, and networking skills.
