Job Description

Position Objective:

Support the Senior Manager in advancing the digitalisation agenda and roadmap, contributing to strategic programs, including High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) initiatives, while ensuring departmental alignment with organisational objectives.


Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing strategic documents defining short- and long-term digitalisation objectives.
  • Create technology adoption roadmaps with actionable implementation plans.
  • Support execution of key projects, including HPC, SDI, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and scopes.
  • Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct progress reviews and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Contribute to Data Centre projects and HPC strategy development, aligning with organisational goals.
  • Support Infrastructure, Big Data, Technology Operations Centre, and Network and Peripherals teams through performance evaluations.
  • Aid in implementing change management plans to drive initiative adoption across Tahakom.
  • Engage stakeholders to foster buy-in and collaboration.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs and departments, maintaining performance dashboards.
  • Provide support for strategic activities, including executive presentations and analyses.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication Engineering.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in management consulting, technology sectors, HPC, or SDI projects.
  • Expertise in supporting large-scale technology programs in HPC, Technology Operations, and Network environments.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in dynamic transformation settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Certified in SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and organised in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels to foster teamwork and collaboration.
