Digital Systems Specialist – GM Sourcing

About The Role

We are looking for a Digital Systems Specialist – GM Sourcing to join our KAS Group Asia team.

Reporting to the Digital Systems Manager – GM Sourcing, this role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of digital sourcing processes across our General Merchandise business. Working closely with sourcing teams, product technology partners and platform vendors, you will help ensure PLM systems and workflows effectively support vendor collaboration, sourcing timelines and product development processes.

You will play an important role in bridging sourcing operations and digital platforms—supporting system testing, data validation and the adoption of digital sourcing tools across the KAS organisation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

PLM sourcing workstream support

• Support delivery and continuous improvement of GM sourcing PLM workstreams including vendor onboarding, costing, item setup, RFQs and sourcing calendars.
• Assist with configuration and validation of sourcing workflows and data fields.
  
  

Requirements And Issue Management

• Partner with GM Sourcing, Buying, Planning and QA teams to document system requirements and sourcing workflows.
• Identify, log and support resolution of system or workflow issues impacting sourcing operations.
  
  

PLM data governance

• Validate sourcing data including cost components, vendor details, MOQs and compliance information.
• Support accurate vendor-facing data and ensure consistency across PLM workflows.
  
  

System testing and implementation

• Execute UAT for sourcing system enhancements, documenting results and tracking defects.
• Support implementation and post-deployment validation of system changes.
  
  

Training and adoption

• Contribute to SOPs, onboarding materials and training for sourcing teams.
• Support adoption of digital sourcing tools across KAS and capture feedback to drive improvements.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Must have

• 3–5 years’ experience in GM sourcing, buying support or supply chain within retail or FMCG.
• Working knowledge of sourcing processes including vendor management, costing, item setup and sourcing calendars.
• Exposure to PLM or enterprise sourcing systems and digital workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with experience supporting system testing, requirements documentation and issue resolution.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience working with PLM platforms such as Centric, Inspectorio or similar.
• Exposure to digital transformation or system implementation projects.
• Experience supporting training materials or onboarding documentation.
