Digital Senior Consultant

Main Objective:

As a Senior Consultant, you will take the lead in managing client relationships and driving digital transformation projects independently. You will be responsible for shaping digital strategies, leading client engagements, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects with minimal supervision.
• Develop and present digital transformation roadmaps tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions, driving alignment and collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on emerging digital solutions and their business impact.
• Structure complex business problems into actionable recommendations and oversee their implementation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in client organizations and propose innovative, technology-enabled solutions.
• Mentor and guide consultants and analysts in developing their consulting capabilities and digital expertise.
• Contribute to reports and presentations by translating complex information into clear insights and visual representations.
• Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and create measurable impact for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a digital consulting or strategy role.
• Ability to lead and manage client engagements independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Expertise in digital transformation methodologies and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization for executive presentations.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia.
