Digital Sales is a critical component of our sales model at Visa. Leveraging a modern sales technology stack and analytics tools, Digital Sales brings a scalable, flexible, data-driven approach to sales, providing tailored support to clients of all types. Our digital-first, data-driven approach enables sellers to meet clients where they are and help them achieve their unique business goals.

Some of the things you might do:

  • Provide operations support to the local team.
  • Contribute to development, production and implementation of initiatives outlined in Country strategy plans
  • Competition analysis and monitoring
  • Assist the local team with client queries and issues
  • Support Business Planning & Operations teams’ with periodical reports (Weekly/Monthly or quarterly)
  • Assist Business Development team with country plans update
  • Co-ordinate with other Visa departments to successfully track the country plans.
  • Complete ad hoc project/research and presentation work and other relevant initiatives as requested by the management

This learning objectives of this internship is to:

  • Unlock a sales management mindset
  • Be able to analyze data, trends and make meaningful recommendations
  • Develop project management skills
  • Build a thorough understanding of the payments landscape

Qualifications

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date in December 2026 or summer 2027
  • Must have a valid UAE residency at the time of internship, sponsorship is not provided
  • Business, Economics, Commerce, Finance, engineering, computer science or related majors welcome to apply
  • Be available to pursue a summer internship (June to August 2026)
  • Must be available to start a graduate role by June 2027
  • Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and excel skills are desired
  • Superior analytical and financial analysis skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with a diverse peer group required
  • Able to articulate viewpoint effectively to key stakeholders in order to get buy in and agreement
  • Self-confident and hands-on, with the ability to operate in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment
