Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Products Manager to oversee the development, launch, and optimization of digital products and services. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric digital solutions. The ideal candidate combines product management expertise, digital technology knowledge, and a data-driven mindset to drive product growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for digital offerings.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product decisions.
    • Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to increase adoption, engagement, and revenue.
  • Product Development & Management:
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
    • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
    • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and customer needs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including user engagement, adoption, retention, and revenue.
    • Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
    • Implement A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize product features and experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and technology teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Serve as a product evangelist across the organization, communicating product vision, strategy, and updates.
    • Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 4–7 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and product development methodologies.
  • Proficiency with product management and analytics tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
