We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Products Manager to oversee the development, launch, and optimization of digital products and services. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric digital solutions. The ideal candidate combines product management expertise, digital technology knowledge, and a data-driven mindset to drive product growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for digital offerings.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product decisions.
Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to increase adoption, engagement, and revenue.
Product Development & Management:
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and customer needs.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including user engagement, adoption, retention, and revenue.
Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Implement A/B testing and data-driven experiments to optimize product features and experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and technology teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Serve as a product evangelist across the organization, communicating product vision, strategy, and updates.
Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
4–7 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or related roles.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and product development methodologies.
Proficiency with product management and analytics tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
