Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Digital Product Specialist to manage and optimize digital products across our online platforms. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional user experiences, improving product performance, and supporting digital initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge, analytical skills, and a customer-centric mindset to enhance digital product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Product Management:
    • Support the lifecycle management of digital products, including planning, development, launch, and optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—design, engineering, marketing, and UX—to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
    • Maintain accurate product information, specifications, and documentation across platforms.
  • User Experience & Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze user interactions, feedback, and performance metrics to improve digital product experience.
    • Implement UX and UI best practices to optimize conversion, engagement, and retention.
    • Identify opportunities for digital product enhancements and innovative solutions.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products and campaigns.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve product outcomes.
    • Assist in A/B testing, usability studies, and other experiments to optimize product performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product managers, marketing, and development teams to ensure successful digital product launches.
    • Support communication with vendors or third-party providers as needed.
    • Present performance reports and insights to management to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital product management, e-commerce, or digital operations.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, CMS, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.), and UX/UI principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
