We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Performance Manager to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role focuses on driving measurable results—such as traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI—through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate combines expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization with leadership skills to guide a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital performance strategies across paid search, social media, display, email, and affiliate channels.
Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to maximize conversions and ROI.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels.
Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists.
Collaborate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
Present performance insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Innovation & Best Practices:
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Implement new technologies, platforms, and techniques to enhance digital performance.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, optimization, and innovation within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media.
Strong expertise in analytics, paid search, social media advertising, and conversion optimization.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
