Job Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Performance Manager to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role focuses on driving measurable results—such as traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI—through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate combines expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization with leadership skills to guide a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital performance strategies across paid search, social media, display, email, and affiliate channels.
    • Oversee campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to maximize conversions and ROI.
    • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels.
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists.
    • Collaborate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
    • Present performance insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Best Practices:
    • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
    • Implement new technologies, platforms, and techniques to enhance digital performance.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning, optimization, and innovation within the team.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media.
  • Strong expertise in analytics, paid search, social media advertising, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
