Job Description

Manage daily onsite merchandising and trading activities across platforms
Optimise product listings, categorisation, and on-site search performance
Execute campaigns, seasonal launches, and homepage updates
Monitor site performance, stock levels, and catalogue accuracy
Conduct regular site walks to enhance UX and customer journey
Analyse sales and customer behaviour to inform trading decisions
Collaborate with marketing, buying, and digital teams to deliver campaigns

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years' experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce
Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field
Strong understanding of online trading and customer journey optimisation
Experience using Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEO principles
Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
